💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary Product Owner for Enhanced Direct Enrollment capabilities within a federal healthcare enrollment ecosystem. Your expertise will directly impact user experiences and streamline operations, ensuring consumers can easily navigate healthcare options. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product features and drive improvements in a high-visibility, regulated environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for EDE functionality
• Own and refine the product backlog with well-defined user stories
• Translate complex healthcare policy into actionable epics and features
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support release planning

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in product management or product ownership
• At least 5+ years in healthcare, health insurance, or regulated government programs
• Experience with digital enrollment systems or consumer-facing healthcare platforms
• Hands-on experience supporting federal or state government IT programs
