💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the regional People Business Partner for Marqeta's EU/UK teams, partnering with leaders to align people initiatives with business priorities across the UK, Gibraltar, Malta, and Poland. You'll coach managers, ensure compliance with local regulations, and foster a high-performance culture. This hybrid role offers flexibility with two days on-site in London and global impact at a publicly-traded fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as primary People Business Partner for EU markets and GTM UK team
• Coach and consult with leaders to align people initiatives with business priorities
• Manage employee relations matters and performance management issues
• Lead regional people initiatives such as performance management

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive People Business Partner experience
• Expertise in European employment and cultural nuances
• 2+ years as a People Business Partner at a US-headquartered global company
• Experience working in a global company headquartered in the US
