Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will handle service tickets, perform preventative maintenance, resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues, prepare vacant apartments, and maintain the property's beauty and safety. You'll provide excellent customer service, work weekends/evenings, and participate in an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trade education
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Availability for on-call rotation and emergencies
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently
• Personal reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Perform service ticket resolution and preventative maintenance
• Prepare vacant apartments through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain building cleanliness, grounds, and snow removal
• Provide outstanding customer service and handle on-call emergencies
