You'll own go-to-market for an AI startup that autonomously operates factories, connecting fragmented systems into a unified data layer. You'll target operations VPs and C-suite, selling against quality escapes and margin loss in manufacturing. This role grows into post-sales and team building at a backed by First Round Capital company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own targeting, outreach, and closing deals with manufacturing executives
• Run outbound, demos, and pilot negotiations weekly
• Identify factory problems not visible externally and reach decision-makers
• Build post-sales and customer success processes over time

📋 Requirements

• Built sales motion from scratch at an early-stage company
• Experience with outbound and pipeline tooling
• Ability to close deals before a playbook existed
