You'll provide hands-on IT support for a space vehicle development company, managing hardware, networks, and user accounts. Your core impact will be enabling efficient IT operations across the Italian site. This role involves collaborating with the central IT and DevOps teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve hardware, software, and general IT issues
• Handle onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and account creation
• Manage and track hardware inventory across sites
• Configure and maintain local networks for reliable connectivity

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in IT administration and end-user support
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
• Practical experience with Intune and mobile device management
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
