Description

You will deliver direct and indirect social work services to children, collaborate on tailored treatment plans, conduct mental health assessments, and support staff and families to help students thrive.

Requirements

• Licensed clinical social worker (active LCSW)
• Valid state license or certificate for K12 school work
• Minimum 1 year of full-time on-site school social work (excluding internships)
• Proficiency in MTSS frameworks, counseling, and evaluations
• Availability during school hours (8am-3pm, Monday-Friday), minimum 15 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect social work services to children
• Collaborate on tailored treatment or IEPs with social work-specific goals
• Conduct mental health assessments and develop positive behavioral intervention strategies
• Facilitate parental support and help with school adjustment
• Train staff and assist with behavior management
