Description

You will oversee the lifecycle management of customer-owned property to ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and federal regulations (FAR/DFARS). You'll analyze and improve processes, manage audits, and maintain asset tracking systems, driving operational excellence in a fast-paced defense tech environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration or related field
• 4-5 years experience managing customer property
• In-depth knowledge of FAR 52.245-1 and DFARS Part 245
• Experience conducting compliance audits (DCMA, DCAA)
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance

• Oversee lifecycle management of customer property ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS
• Analyze and improve property management processes for efficiency and compliance
• Manage internal and external compliance audits, including DCMA
• Maintain asset management system for traceability and accurate transactions
• Provide guidance and training to cross-functional teams on government property regulations
