💼 About This Role

You'll own the post-deployment customer experience for Mainspring's Linear Generator, a new category of flexible, low-emissions onsite power. You'll coordinate across Engineering, Product, and Field Service to ensure systems perform reliably and customers remain confident. This role offers hands-on leadership at a fast-growing clean energy company backed by top-tier investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Serve as primary post-deployment customer point of contact
  • Build trust-based relationships and drive retention
  • Coordinate across Engineering, Product, Operations, and Sales
  • Lead issue escalation and resolution with clear communication

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Customer Success or related roles
  • Experience managing complex B2B technical relationships
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and product
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in power generation or industrial equipment
  • Strong analytical skills for technical/operational data
  • Background in post-deployment operational environments
