Description

You will design, build, and maintain an AI-augmented software delivery platform that enables engineers to ship production-ready code faster and more safely using AI coding agents. This is a developer platform role focused on accelerating the engineering team's productivity within a regulated environment.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Experience building developer platforms or tooling for engineering teams
• Experience integrating AI coding agents into CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with regulated environments such as HIPAA/HITRUST

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the AI-augmented software delivery platform including developer toolchain, agent workflows, and CI/CD integrations
• Ensure compliance guardrails and security within HIPAA/HITRUST-regulated environment
• Collaborate with platform, cloud, security, and ML research engineers for seamless integration
• Deliver working developer platform capabilities iteratively within weeks
