💼 About This Role

You'll support day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, and financial reporting at a fast-growing talent acquisition software company. You'll play a key role in audit readiness and process improvement as we scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and code credit card transactions and expense reimbursements
• Own month-end and year-end close processes for Fixed Assets, Prepaids, and Accruals
• Assist with fluctuation analysis for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end periods
• Support financial audits by preparing schedules and documentation

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 2-4 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Ability to manage multiple priorities

• Quickbooks Online experience
• Prior audit support experience
