💼 About This Role

You'll own customer-facing integrations end to end for a unified API platform, debugging production issues and building features that unblock real accounts within hours. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and enterprise deal closure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain integrations with HR and payroll systems
• Debug production issues and resolve customer-reported bugs
• Collaborate with product engineers and customers on solutions
• Extend integrations based on recurring customer requests

📋 Requirements

• 2–3+ years professional software development experience
• Hands-on experience building backend integrations or APIs
• Proficient in TypeScript and Node.js
• Strong debugging skills in complex third-party systems

• Interest in growing into a product engineering role
• Experience with Postgres or similar databases
• Familiarity with HR/payroll/recruiting platforms
