You'll deliver the best-in-class Twilio SDK experience, building robust SDKs and a GraphQL layer for real-time AI Contact Center products. Your work will support Twilio's expansion and empower developers with reliable, scalable backend services. Collaborate closely with senior engineers and product managers to champion high-quality engineering practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build large-scale backend services with focus on reliability and performance.
• Lead technical design efforts and document architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Champion automated testing, maintainable code, and thorough documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building cloud-scale backend systems.
• Strong programming skills in Java or Scala.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms at scale.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.

• Experience building SDKs and GraphQL BFF layer.
