You'll build and scale the finance function as the first Accounting & Finance Manager. You'll own core accounting operations and partner with leadership on financial systems and process improvements. This role offers significant ownership and a path to senior leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage month-end close and financial reporting
• Own accounts payable, receivable, and vendor payments
• Design and implement scalable financial systems
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A efforts

📋 Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong foundation in GAAP and month-end close
• Comfortable owning A/P, A/R and operational workflows
• Systems-oriented mindset for process improvement

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience at a high-growth startup
• Background in public accounting (e.g., Big 4)
• Experience with tools like QuickBooks, NetSuite, Stripe
