💼 About This Role

You'll own the Databricks Startup Program end-to-end, strategy and operations. This is a strategic product partnership role, not sales. You'll be a visible face in the San Francisco startup ecosystem, building trust with founders, VCs, and accelerators.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and operate the Databricks Startup Program
• Build and execute a VC ecosystem strategy
• Drive ecosystem engagement with repeatable activation motions
• Run monthly operating reviews and report on impact

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in the startup ecosystem with VCs, accelerators, or founder communities
• PLG instincts and comfort with high-trust, low-touch product-led motion
• Operational rigor with CRMs, partnership trackers, and dashboards
• San Francisco-based for in-person community presence
