Description

You will underwrite middle market cyber insurance accounts, manage broker relationships, and maintain profitability while collaborating with data science and risk services teams to improve cyber insurance offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of underwriting experience in Cyber/Tech E&O with middle market focus (revenues over $250M)
• Technical expertise and product knowledge in cyber underwriting
• Proven ability to produce new and renewal Cyber/Tech/Excess business profitably
• Strong broker management and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Bring established broker relationships to support Cowbell's goals
• Maintain profitability through risk selection and account servicing
• Manage renewal business to maintain retention and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to support regional goals and broker partnerships
• Serve as subject matter expert on coverage questions
