You will partner with senior leaders across insurance and banking organizations to improve financial performance, transparency, and decision-making. Lead complex transformations in financial planning, profitability analytics, and operating model redesign, driving insight and sustainable value creation.

Requirements

• Seasoned finance transformation leader with experience in financial performance management within complex financial services organizations
• Strong understanding of financial planning, profitability analytics, and operating model redesign
• Experience working closely with executive stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable financial and operating models

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A and corporate planning initiatives including stress testing, capital planning, long-range planning, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario modeling for insurance and/or banking
• Develop and oversee product, customer, and business-line profitability analysis including margin drivers, pricing impacts, and capital considerations
• Drive transparency into corporate overhead and shared services costs, ensuring appropriate allocation to products, functions, and business lines
• Support executive decision-making through clear, insight-driven financial narratives and dashboards
