You'll lead a full-stack data-oriented team developing ControlUp's DEX platform. Your team will drive execution excellence and enforce engineering standards. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver production-ready platform features that scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide and mentor a team of full stack engineers.
• Manage delivery timelines and ensure predictability.
• Own high-level and detailed designs for team features.
• Collaborate with PMs and infra to build scalable platforms.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as a team lead or senior engineer with leadership.
• 6+ years as a full stack developer with backend focus.
• Experience building data pipelines, APIs, and web apps.
• Experience with Node.js, Java, and React.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with big data technologies like ClickHouse, Kafka, Elasticsearch.
• Experience building shared infrastructure or platform components.
