You'll guide families through their first conversations about in-home care and develop sales playbooks for the team. You'll refine consultative sales approaches and collaborate cross-functionally to shape new product offerings.

• Develop, pilot, and refine new service offerings with marketing and product teams.
• Coach and mentor team members on findings and new sales strategies.
• Navigate complex customer situations balancing business goals and empathy.
• Meet or exceed individual sales metrics like call volume and conversion rates.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of phone-based sales or customer service experience.
• Experience developing sales strategies.
• Thrive in a metrics-driven environment.
• Experience working remotely and managing time effectively.
