💼 About This Role

You'll define and execute the long-term CI/CD strategy using GitHub Actions and Terraform. Your core impact is building self-service infrastructure patterns that make it fast and safe for engineering teams to build and deploy software. You'll also mentor senior engineers and influence architectural decisions across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect reusable GitHub Actions workflow templates and composite actions.
• Lead design of opinionated Terraform modules and self-service infrastructure.
• Instrument SDLC metrics to improve deployment frequency and lead time.
• Set CI/CD standards and lead pipeline migrations across product lines.

📋 Requirements

• 8–10+ years in software engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering.
• Deep hands-on expertise with GitHub Actions at enterprise scale.
• Strong experience building scalable infrastructure using Terraform.
• Experience with AWS ecosystem (VPC, ECS, EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda).

• AI-first thinking applied to pipeline optimization.
