You'll support customers across email, phone, chat, and social media, helping deliver a positive, on-brand experience at every touchpoint. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. You'll learn internal systems and provide solutions that enhance the customer experience.

- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media
- Navigate internal systems to manage and resolve customer needs
- Think critically to provide solutions enhancing customer experience
- Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams
๐ Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable multitasking across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and computer skills

- Interest in customer experience, eCommerce, or direct-to-consumer brands
- Previous internship or work experience in a customer-facing role
- Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems
