You'll support customers across email, phone, chat, and social media, helping deliver a positive, on-brand experience at every touchpoint. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. You'll learn internal systems and provide solutions that enhance the customer experience.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media
  • Navigate internal systems to manage and resolve customer needs
  • Think critically to provide solutions enhancing customer experience
  • Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable multitasking across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and computer skills

  • Interest in customer experience, eCommerce, or direct-to-consumer brands
  • Previous internship or work experience in a customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems
