💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience at BoxLunch, a pop-culture retailer that donates meals to Feeding America. You'll use your fandom knowledge to help train new recruits and support daily operations to meet sales targets. This role offers the chance to contribute to a cause while doing what you love.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when needed
• Open and close the store as required
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must be at least 18 years of age
