💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Business Services Transformation Office for NATO's Cyber and Digital Transformation Division, driving alignment and modernization of enterprise business services across 50+ civil and military bodies. You'll manage projects, stakeholders, and risks to support NATO's digital transformation and cloud migration goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute project and program management of business services initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders across NATO entities to promote harmonization.
• Maintain risk and issue registries and propose mitigation measures.
• Lead the setup and operations of the Business Services Transformation Office.

📋 Requirements

• Project management experience (3-5 years) in large enterprise or government environments.
• Stakeholder management skills across diverse organizational entities.
• Experience with business transformation or digital change programs.
• Ability to obtain NATO Secret security clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working with NATO or international organizations.
• Knowledge of business services domains (Finance, HR, Procurement).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
