• Experience managing month-end close and building structure
• Knowledge of internal controls and SOX readiness
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for automation
• Hands-on leadership with focus on precision and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. month-end close across AP, payroll, benefits, revenue, and cash
• Upgrade reconciliation standards to meet SEC readiness
• Implement tiered risk-based reconciliation approach
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using close management tools
• Own accounting for high-volume transactions including payroll, benefits, and customer billing
