You'll serve as the operational architect for our AI Simulation business unit, driving rigorous processes and scaling operational infrastructure. You'll lead BioSim and ChemSim divisions, using high-EQ influential leadership to navigate complex people dynamics and ensure global scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide operational support and leadership to BioSim and ChemSim divisions.
• Architect dynamic headcount models aligning with technical milestones.
• Track velocity across complex milestones and shift resources rapidly.
• Spearhead Chemical Simulation business unit expansion into high-priority verticals.

📋 Requirements

• Deep experience as a COO, Managing Director, or Head of Ops at venture-backed scaled startups.
• Proven track record of scaling companies from Series B through mature operations or exits.
• Deep familiarity with AI or heavy-compute environments.
• Proven expertise in root-cause analysis on operational failures and human dynamics.
