Description

You will design, deliver, and improve learning and talent initiatives across a global workforce, including onboarding, leadership development, and skill-building programs. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align programs with business objectives and enhance employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, or related field
• 4-7 years experience in learning & development or talent development, preferably in IT/software
• Strong instructional design and facilitation skills (virtual and in-person)
• Data-driven mindset with ability to measure program impact
• Familiarity with learning technologies, HRIS (Oracle preferred), and LMS (Absorb preferred)

Responsibilities

• Design and manage global learning programs including onboarding, leadership development, and technical upskilling
• Partner with subject matter experts to identify capability gaps and develop learning solutions
• Manage and optimize learning platforms for high adoption and measurable outcomes
• Develop and execute talent calibration, talent review, and succession planning processes
• Lead employee engagement initiatives such as surveys and culture-building campaigns
