You'll own the product strategy and roadmap for Airwallex's financial markets and financial platform teams, covering FX, liquidity, stablecoins, ledger, wallet, and reconciliation. You'll collaborate with engineering, commercial, and partnerships teams to solve complex challenges and launch innovative products. This role offers high visibility and impact in a fast-growing fintech valued at $8B.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own financial markets product strategy, roadmap, and delivery plans.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers.
• Partner with engineering and design to build scalable features across web and mobile.
• Collaborate with commercial, legal, and finance teams to navigate regulatory complexity.
• Manage tradeoffs between long-term vision and near-term growth.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of overall product management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven track record building 0-to-1 products.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
