💼 About This Role

You'll lead product strategy for Copia's Source Control flagship and new Copia Actions CI/CD product. You'll bring modern developer tooling to industrial automation engineers, driving adoption and retention. This role offers ownership of both a mature product and a 0→1 launch in a well-funded startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and prioritize Source Control roadmap features
• Lead Copia Actions from 0→1 through alpha, beta, GA
• Manage customer feedback and market research
• Collaborate cross-functionally for launch planning

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of hands-on product management experience
• 2+ years focused on developer tools, source control, or CI/CD
• 0→1 product launch experience through GA

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in industrial automation or OT/IT convergence
• Experience with developer tools like GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket
• Familiarity with CI/CD platforms or workflow automation
