💼 About This Role

You'll lead the implementation of BRINC's Drone as a First Responder (DFR) solution for public safety agencies. You'll manage program rollout from onboarding to go-live, develop project plans, and maintain strong customer relationships. This role involves up to 35% travel to customer sites and coordination with the FAA and regulatory bodies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and manage rollout of BRINC's DFR ecosystem.
• Develop project plans, milestones, and timelines for deployment.
• Build and maintain relationships with public safety customers.
• Conduct ongoing meetings, track performance, and provide feedback.

📋 Requirements

• Communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask many projects at a time.
• Knowledge of Google Earth mapping or similar software.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and be in-office 80%.

• Operational experience with DFR or public safety drone programs.
