- Manage assigned caseload maintaining productivity and quality
- Work with members, brokers, and providers via multiple channels
- Monitor and track work-in-progress issues for timely resolution
- Participate in process improvement projects
๐ Requirements
- 1+ year high-volume or customer-focused experience
- 6+ months healthcare experience
- High school diploma or GED

- Bilingual Spanish and English with professional proficiency
- Experience with data entry and accuracy
