You will lead and elevate Skyscanner's Product Design team of nearly 40 designers, defining the long-term design strategy and ensuring traveller-first experiences across the full product journey. Your role is to drive design innovation, empower teams, and shape the future of travel planning for millions of users.

• Set the vision: define and rally teams around a bold long-term design strategy supporting Skyscanner's ambitions
• Accelerate velocity: remove roadblocks, streamline systems, empower teams to deliver high-quality design faster
• Empower leaders and teams: mentor and grow the design community, develop future leaders
• Foster innovation: build a culture balancing curiosity and momentum to re-imagine how we design and scale ideas
• Champion users: ensure traveller-first thinking through partnership with Research to translate insights into delightful experiences
• Nurture craft: elevate design quality through systems thinking, design ops, and investment in UX and visual craft
• Influence at scale: collaborate across disciplines and senior leadership to shape seamless experiences
