You'll support the autonomous delivery robot fleet in Chicago's Fulton Market District. Your core impact is ensuring safe and timely deliveries through field assistance, light maintenance, and incident documentation. This hands-on role lets you contribute directly to robot reliability and service improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain field readiness by supporting robots and ensuring timely response
• Assist in robot deployment including preparation, inspection, and cleaning
• Track and close escalation tickets with clear documentation
• Operate company vehicles to recover or reposition robotic units

📋 Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable driving mid-size utility vehicles
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Jira
• 1 year in last-mile delivery or robotics
• Experience with Slack or similar communication tools
