You'll join our Real Estate Credit team to drive sales and ensure excellent client experience. Your core impact is increasing conversion of digital leads into finalized financing. You'll manage the sales funnel with focus, organization, and agility to optimize results.

- Manage the digital sales funnel and ensure client progression at each stage
- Maintain organization and agility to optimize time and resources
- Focus on achieving individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate with partner areas to remove obstacles in the credit process

- Strong sales profile with focus on targets and results
- Organizational and planning skills for a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and customer focus
- Completed or ongoing higher education
