Description

You will own solution architecture for high-value opportunities, partnering with Account Executives and technical leaders to drive successful deal outcomes. You'll lead multi-practice discovery sessions, design scalable solutions, and mentor engineers. This is a consultative role focused on aligning technology with business strategy.

Requirements

• Seasoned solutions architect with experience in complex multi-domain environments
• Consultative mindset with ability to influence decisions without leading with products
• Ability to own solution strategy end to end
• Must be based in Southern California (Los Angeles, San Diego, Long Beach) and willing to travel up to 40%
• Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies

Responsibilities

• Lead sophisticated, multi-practice discovery sessions centered on business outcomes
• Own solution architecture and technical strategy for medium to large-scale opportunities
• Proactively identify cross-practice opportunities across networking, data center, cloud, security, and platform engineering
• Partner with Account Executives to influence deal strategy and positioning
• Mentor CSAs and engineers in solution design, discovery methods, and consultative selling
