🎯 What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for enterprise customers post-implementation
  • Serve as subject matter expert for identity, provisioning, and HRIS integrations
  • Investigate SCIM provisioning, SSO/SAML, and user lifecycle issues
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve escalations

  • 2-7 years in customer-facing technical support or integration support role
  • Strong hands-on experience with IAM platforms like Okta or Microsoft Entra ID
  • Experience supporting HRIS platforms such as Workday, BambooHR, or SuccessFactors
  • Strong understanding of SCIM provisioning and SAML/SSO authentication

  • Experience with employee experience platforms like Jive, LumApps, or SharePoint
