You'll lead high-stakes strategic initiatives within Compeer Financial's Strategy and Innovation team, defining market opportunities and evaluating new business models. Your core impact will be accelerating growth through strategic partnerships, new ventures, and innovation initiatives. This role offers a hybrid work environment and direct collaboration with senior leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead multi-workstream strategy projects and own complex strategic challenges.
• Identify and assess new growth opportunities, including partnerships and M&A.
• Develop business cases and commercial risk assessments for leadership decisions.
• Facilitate strategic planning processes for business units and functional areas.
• Mentor junior team members and influence senior stakeholders with data-backed recommendations.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Advanced experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or business development.
• Proven ability to lead multi-faceted strategy projects and assess commercial opportunities.
• Advanced financial analysis including Excel modeling, market sizing, and segmentation.
