You'll deliver specialized expertise for NICE's AI-driven CXone solutions, implementing and optimizing chatbots and knowledge assistants for enterprise contact centers. You'll collaborate with global teams to build BI solutions and provide consultative support. This role offers the chance to become a subject matter expert in MPower Proactive AI Agents and work across global teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools
• Write optimized SQL to extract and analyze data
• Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into BI solutions
• Troubleshoot technical issues in data pipelines and integrations

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in consulting, data engineering, or professional services
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases at scale
• Experience with data warehouse/lake and ETL tools like Looker, Power BI, Tableau
• Proven experience with SQL/NoSQL and data visualization tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven data solutions
• Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Exposure to Python or R for data analysis
