You'll provide high-acuity one-on-one care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes across Westchester, Rockland, Orange, and the Bronx. Your work directly impacts client outcomes by managing complex cases and emergency coverage. You'll enjoy flexible scheduling and a supportive 24/7 clinical team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver high-acuity care to adult and pediatric clients
• Support new case openings and emergency coverage
• Precept and mentor new nurses
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams

📋 Requirements

• Active RN license in New York
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• 1+ year of trach/vent experience
• Willingness to travel to 3 of 4 areas
