🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage with customers in person and over the phone
• Handle multiple tasks while providing financial products and services
• Participate in training program to learn business and culture
• Prepare to manage a branch after completing training

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of phone sales or call center experience
• 1+ years of customer service, sales, lending, or collections experience
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays

✨ Nice to Have

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Some college or military experience
• Teamwork mentality through team sports
