You'll lead the full revenue operations mandate at a high-growth fintech company, acting as the strategic link between Sales, Marketing, and Finance. You'll own GTM strategy, planning, and systems governance, translating data into decisions for the leadership team. This role offers the opportunity to scale a rapidly growing business with AI-native tooling and shape the future of wealth management.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own revenue forecasting, capacity planning, and quota setting.
- Define lead routing rules and conversion standards between Marketing and Sales.
- Govern the GTM tech stack including HubSpot-Salesforce integration.
- Manage and develop a team of 3 RevOps specialists.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in revenue operations or GTM strategy at a high-growth tech company.
- 2+ years managing direct reports.
- Deep Salesforce expertise and familiarity with modern GTM tech stack.
- Strong financial acumen in comp plan mechanics and quota modeling.

- Background in management consulting, investment banking, or strategy.
- Experience in wealth management, RIA, or financial advisor sales motions.
- Experience in financial services or fintech.
