💼 About This Role

You'll own and build field marketing and ABM for the EMEA region at a Gen AI-driven code review company. Your work will directly generate pipeline and revenue through high-quality events and sales partnerships. This is a foundational role with a clear path to build a team over time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own field marketing in EMEA with a focus on pipeline-generating events.
• Plan and execute boutique ABM events and industry sponsorships.
• Partner tightly with Sales on targeting, presence, and conversion.
• Run end-to-end event strategy, logistics, vendors, and reporting.

📋 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in field marketing, events, or demand gen.
• Strong experience with ABM-style events and industry events.
• Proven ability to drive pipeline through field programs.
• Experience working closely with B2B Sales teams.
