🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as primary technical contact for enterprise accounts
• Lead technical onboarding and integration support

• Develop and maintain technical documentation and runbooks

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Technical Customer Success or similar role
• Strong coding ability in Python or JavaScript
• Solid understanding of web technologies (HTTP, DNS, APIs)
• Experience building automations or workflows
