Description

As a Senior Data Engineer at Headway, you'll design and maintain scalable data pipelines that power business decisions and support patients, providers, and internal teams. You'll partner cross-functionally to evolve our data architecture and ensure governance standards.

Requirements

• 6+ years of data engineering experience
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, Terraform
• Pragmatic approach to building for scale
• Strong sense of ownership and collaboration

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure
• Define and refine data governance, monitoring, and quality standards
• Partner with Product and Engineering to advocate for data best practices
• Work cross-functionally to evolve data architecture
• Own technical decisions across the data platform
