Description

As the technical leader of the quality team, you will define quality requirements and process controls for Archer's first certified aircraft, Midnight. You'll develop and oversee the metrology program, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate quality into all business processes. This is a 6-month contract role.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience with metrology programs (Calypso, Metrolog, Faro)
• Experience with CMMs, laser trackers, and other metrology equipment
• Knowledge of quality standards (AS9100, AS9103, AS9145, AS6500)
• Experience in aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of complex geometries, model based engineering, and GDT

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee metrology program for aircraft certification
• Lead deployment of metrology tools and inspection plans
• Establish critical wing dimensions using laser tracker
• Develop CMM program using GearPro and train inspectors
• Lead verification process with risk-based inspection approach
