You'll own the mobile product experience for a new growing area at ButterflyMX, a proptech company. You'll solve needs for property managers and operators while embedding AI to create genuine value. This role offers the chance to hit the ground running with existing momentum and challenge assumptions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the product roadmap and evolve the plan based on learnings
• Conduct rigorous discovery with end users and operators
• Embed AI into the product to create genuine value
• Make build vs. partner vs. white-label decisions

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management with a track record of owning products
• Mobile-first instincts and experience shipping consumer mobile apps
• Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage product challenges
• Strong discovery discipline and ability to synthesize qualitative signal

• Experience in proptech, multifamily real estate, or property operations
• Experience building consumer mobile apps with meaningful engagement
• Experience navigating third-party integrations or white-label partnerships
