💼 About This Role

You'll lead Equip's full marketing ecosystem across patient, provider, and payor audiences, positioning the company as a category-defining leader in virtual eating disorder treatment. You'll partner with Sales, Product, and Clinical teams to align programs around a unified narrative that drives patient acquisition and retention. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve marketing vision and strategy for B2B and B2C audiences
• Define and steward brand positioning, narrative, and voice
• Lead and scale marketing organization across creative, product, and growth
• Establish KPIs and reporting to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience at VP level
• Proven experience leading B2B and B2C marketing
• Track record marketing to health systems and providers
• Strong background across brand, product, integrated, and growth marketing
