You'll lead the end-to-end product strategy for Netwealth's Super Accelerator and Wealth Accelerator platforms. You'll drive cross-functional execution to deliver scalable, compliant solutions in a highly regulated environment. This senior role offers the opportunity to shape the future of wealth management in Australia.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead platform product operating model for Super and Wealth Accelerator
• Drive disciplined execution of platform initiatives balancing regulatory outcomes
• Own platform-level governance and regulatory outcomes with APRA/ASIC
• Lead cross-functional initiatives coordinating Product, Technology, Operations
• Build and lead a high-performing platform product team

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Australian financial services environments
• Deep understanding of platform governance and APRA/ASIC regulation
• Proven delivery-led product leadership owning complex platform roadmaps
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic judgement
