💼 About This Role

You'll provide legal and regulatory support for a CFTC-regulated exchange and clearing organization operating prediction markets. You'll engage directly with regulators like the CFTC and shape compliance strategies for cutting-edge event contracts. This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of derivatives regulation and emerging market technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise on Commodity Exchange Act and CFTC regulations
• Draft and review regulatory filings and self-certifications
• Draft and negotiate participation agreements
• Prepare responses to regulatory inquiries and examinations

📋 Requirements

• J.D. and active U.S. bar membership
• 3-7 years of relevant legal experience
• Familiarity with Commodity Exchange Act and CFTC regulations
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
