You'll partner cross-functionally to build annual budgets and manage forecasts for a leading AI customer experience company. Your insights will drive strategic investment decisions across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support annual budget and quarterly forecasting for Sales and Marketing business unit
• Lead monthly accrual process for operating expenses with Accounting
• Design and refine financial models to analyze functional costs
• Prepare monthly management reporting and analyze financial results

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant finance experience
• SaaS experience strongly preferred
• Expertise in Excel-based financial modeling
• Ability to influence at all levels and manage upwards

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Adaptive Insights
• Knowledge of headcount reconciliation
• Familiarity with Sales/Marketing KPIs (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV)
