You will lead enterprise growth strategy across a national infrastructure portfolio, shaping and closing complex public-sector opportunities in transportation and water programs. You'll drive revenue strategy, capture execution, and alignment across proposals, delivery, and talent acquisition.
Requirements
- Deep transportation domain experience
- Credibility with public agencies and prime partners
- Demonstrated success closing large, politically complex infrastructure programs
- Willingness to travel ~2-4 times per month across continental US
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute national enterprise growth strategy aligned with corporate P&L objectives and backlog health
- Define go-to-market approach: target markets, service lines, pricing strategy, and pursuit model
- Lead enterprise-wide pipeline development, qualification, and forecasting
- Shape and close complex public-sector infrastructure programs
