Description

You will nurture and support customers to make them successful with Hex, answering questions, teaching them the platform, and synthesizing feedback. You'll also build resources to scale support and work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to understand user needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years as data scientist, analyst, or analytics engineer
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience with data science tooling: Python, Jupyter, SQL, BI tools
• Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and ability to build relationships with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for technical questions and use case development
• Provide excellent customer support via chat, email, and Slack
• Develop an understanding of different Hex user needs and anticipate questions
• Create technical content including demo projects, documentation, and videos
• Identify product weaknesses and provide feedback to Product team
